Apartments have forced air heating and A/C. Windows and sliding glass doors are screened and can be opened to enjoy the healthful Arizona climate.

Our outdoor splash pool overlooks the lake and golf course.

Coin-op washers and dryers are available on the premises.

The U.S. Mail provides curbside mail and package delivery.

A covered outdoor picnic area with picnic benches and basketball court are located on the far side of the grounds away from the living area.
